Appointments in INEOS Styrolution India Ltd.

Vinesh Sadekar has been appointed as Additional Director (Independent), while Sanjeev Madan has been made Additional Director (Whole-Time) of INEOS Styrolution India Limited. Meanwhile, Jai Patel has ceased to be Independent Director on completion of tenure. Besides, Nitin Kumar Duggal – who is set to take over the role of Vice-President Operations Asia-Pacific (excluding India) within INEOS Styrolution group and will be based in China – has resigned from the post of Whole-Time Director of the company.
