Yatin Sanjay Gupte and Sojan V Avirachan have been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, while Bhargav Govindprasad Pandya and Nikhil Bhagwanshanker Dwivedi have been made Additional Non-Executive Non-Whole Time Independent Director of Mangalam Industrial Finance Limited. Besides, R Venkataramana has been appointed as Additional Executive Non-Independent Director, while Mrs. Neelambari Harshal Bhujbal has been made  Additional Non-Executive Non-Whole-Time Independent Woman Director of the company.
