Appointments in Navketan Merchants Ltd.

Goutam Chowdhury has been appointed Non-Executive Non- Independent Director Navketan Merchants Limited. Besides, Jitendra Sharma and Mithil Pradeep Shah have been appointed as Independent Directors in the company. Meanwhile, Kamal Dani has resigned as Managing Director, Mridul Bhattacharya as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, Shovan Modak and Ms. Nanda Sengupta as Independent Directors. Besides, Chowdhury has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
