Meanwhile, Hari Prakash Gupta and Ujjwal Narayan have been appointed as Independent Directors, and Pankaj Chander and Ms. Meenakshi Gupta named Additional Directors of the company. Besides, Ravinder Dixit and Ms. Udita Gupta have resigned as Director, while Sanjay Kumar has quit as Whole-Time Director.
