Appointments in Oceanic Foods Ltd
Abhishek Nagrecha, Kaushal Garg and Mrs. Niyati Kotecha have been appointed as Additional Directors (Independent) of Oceanic Foods Limited. Meanwhile, Rashmikant Makwana, Nitesh Kotecha and Vaidehi Majithia have resigned from the position of Independent Directors.
