Joseph Varghese has been appointed as Additional Director and Whole-Time Director (designated as Director-Operations) of Pidilite Industries Limited. Besides, Sandeep Batra, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, has been appointed as Additional Director and Whole-Time Director (designated as Executive Director-Finance). Meanwhile, Debabrata Gupta has resigned from the position of Whole-Time Director, designated as Director (Operations), of the company.
