Meanwhile, K V Vishwamohan’s designation has been changed from Chairman and Whole-time Director to Non-Executive Chairman. Meanwhile, M P Gopalakrishnan and N Murlidhar Nair have resigned from the positions of Independent Directors and R Sunil Nair has resigned from the position of Whole-Time Director.
