Appointments in Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd.

Rohit Agrawal, Surendra Shah, and Ms. Shivangi Datta have been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors of Shraddha Prime Projects Limited with effect from August 7, 2021. Meanwhile, Rajesh Mehta has been appointed as Additional Director (Whole-Time) and Vishal Salecha has been designated as Whole-Time Director of the company. Besides, SJ Bansal has resigned as Whole-Time Director, Mrs. Sushila Bansal as Director, Heeralal Barot as Director, Ajay Kumar Pithi as Director, and  Mrs. Alka Agarwal as Director of the company with effect from August 7, 2021.
