Appointments in Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited

Ashok Kumar Jaiswal and Yudhvir Singh Jain have been re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors of Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited with effect from January 16, 2023. Meanwhile, Ajay Chaudhary has been re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director effective from April 6, 2023. Kishan Gopal Bhargava has been re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director effective from May 15, 2023. Besides, Bhagwan Shah has resigned from the position of Whole-Time Director of the company.
