Appointments of GMs in Railways likely by new Govt at centre?

Around half a dozen posts of General Managers are lying vacant in Railways. The appointments against these vacancies are expected to be made by new Government at Centre.  The vacancies of two posts: GM, Rail Wheel Factory (Bangalore) and GM, Southern Railway arose on April 1, 2019, while three posts: GM posts in Eastern Railway (Kolkata), South East Central (Bilaspur) and Rail Coach Factory (Kapurthala) fell vacant on May 1, 2019.
