Are two woman Ministers at loggerheads ?

I & B Minister Smriti Irani on Wednesday morning appointed Indian Information Service officer Nidhi Pandey who is ADG PIB as Spokesman of the Ministry of Defence. Meanwhile, the Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman after few hours announced appointment of 1997 batch IDAS officer Swaranshree Rao Rajashekar for the same post. The post of Information Officer to the Defence Ministry had been lying vacant for a month.
