Arpan Kumar, who is presently serving as Deputy Chief Engineer (Track-II), Central Railway, has been selected for deputation to Mumbai Rail Vikas Corporation Limited (MRVC) as Additional General Manager (Civil) for a period of five years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
