Arun Goel to be CEC but not senior Member!

Though Anup Chandra Panedy is senior to the newly appointed Election Commissioner Arun Goel  but  will not be able to be CEC since he will retire in June 2024. He is a former 1984 batch IAS officer of UP cadre.
