Arun Jatoh Rathod, who is presently serving as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO) (CHOD) on East Coast Railway, has been transferred to Southern Railway and posted as Principal Chief Operations Manager (PCOM) (CHOD). He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
