Arvind Sharma has resigned from the position of Managing Director of Vintron Informatics Limited. Besides, Mohan Yadav has stepped down as Whole Time Director while Mrs. Rupam Chaudhary and Ms. Kirti Gupta have quit as Directors of the company.
