The Assam govt has on Friday appointed Dipak Jidung, ACS (DR-99), Additional Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Transformation & Development Department as State Observer for the upcoming NEET-UG, 2026 Examination to be held June 21, 2026. Earlier, Nayanjyoti Bhagawati (ACS DR-1999) Additional Secretary, Agriculture & MD, Assam Seed Corporation Ltd was appointed as the observer.
