ATAT appointments stuck up ?
One wonders, why ITAT members are not being appointed. Three Lakh appeals are now pending. Biggest tribunal of India is left with 60 percent vacancies and only virtual hearings happening. last year J Khanwilkar headed committee already sent the list for appointment and that is stuck since then.
