Avinash Mohananey is now Advisor (Security)

The Sikkim Government has appointed outgoing DGP Avinash Mohananey as Advisor (Security) in Delhi. He is 1985 batch IPS officer of Sikkim cadre. Mohananey an old IB man is considered close  to Ajit Dobhal.
