Axis Bank shareholders approve Amitabh Chaudhry’s appointment as MD & CEO
The shareholders of Axis Bank have approved appointment of Amitabh Chaudhry as the Managing Director & CEO of the Bank, for a period of three years, w.e.f. January 1, 2019 on the terms and conditions relating to the said appointment, including remuneration, as approved by the RBI.
