B Singaiah moved as Director, IRIFM

B Singaiah – who is presently working as Principal Financial Adviser (PFA) in Integral Coach Factory (ICF) – has been transferred to Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management (IRIFM) and posted as Director. He is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer.
