BAI wants vacancies filled up at SC & HCs at the earliest
The Bar Association of India (BAI) wants judicial appointments should not get delayed or postponed due to non-finalization of Memorandum of Procedure (MoP). It also demanded that the process of filling up vacancies at the Supreme Court and high courts is required to be taken up at the earliest.
