Bal appointed in HAG

UK Bal, who is presently working as Principal Chief Operations Manager (PCOM) in Eastern Railway (ER), has been appointed in Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) and posted in the same capacity on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
