Balagangadhar sent to South Coast Railway

E. Balagangadhar, who is presently posted in East Coast Railway (ECoR), has been transferred to South Coast Railway (SCoR) and posted in the cadre. He is a Group ‘B’ officer of the Signal & Telecommunications Department.
