Bank of Baroda raises $700 million

Bank of Baroda raised US$700 million through a dual-tranche overseas bond issue — US$400 million for three years at 5.114% and US$300 million for five years at 5.318%. The transaction attracted orders of about US$2.67 billion, demonstrating strong international investor appetite for a major Indian PSB.
