Bibhuti Bhushan Gupta, who is currently serving as Chief Traffic Planning Manager (CTPM) in South Eastern Railway (SER), has been transfer to Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) and posted as Principal Chief Operations Manager (PCOM) (CHOD). He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
