BBB wants PSB Non Official Diectors to play role of Ind Directors
Bank Board Bureau has recommended to the Central Government to empower the Non-official Directors (NODs) of Public Sector Banks (PSBs) to play the role of independent directors on the same lines as provided in the Companies Act, 2013.
