BC Mohiyar appointed Dy. Secy, Department of Justice

B Chandra Mohiyar - who is presently on deputation to Railtel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL) as Additional General Manager (Human Resources/Information Technology) - has been selected for deputation to the post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Justice, Delhi, for a period of four years. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
