BEML registered 17% improvement in PBT during the first half of FY 2022-23 as compared to first half of FY 2021-22. Its value of production (VoP) has increased from Rs 1638 Crs during the first half as against Rs1452 Crs. recorded in the corresponding period of previous year, registering a growth of 13%. The half year ended with Profit before tax (PBT)/(Loss) of (Rs 66 crs) Vs (Rs 79 crs) in the same period of FY 21-22, an improvement of 17%. The company’s order book position as on September 30, 2022 stands at Rs 8804 crs.
