BG Gandhi steps down as JMD, Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd

Bhupatrai G Gandhi has resigned from the position of Joint Managing Director of Gandhi Special Tubes Limited with effect from December 31, 2022. However, he will continue to serve on the Board as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from January 1, 2023.
