Secretary Power Ajay Kumar Bhalla is the most over loaded Secretary in GoI. He has been given additional charge of Ministry of Telecommunication till May 19. According to May 11 orders, the 1984 batch AM cadre IAS officer has also been given additional charge of Ministry of New & Renewable Energy till May 24, 2019.
