Bhatnagar appointed CELE, NWR

Sumit Bhatnagar, who is returning from deputation to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC), has been posted on North Western Railway (NWR) as Chief Electrical Loco Engineer (CELE). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
