Bhatnagar appointed CTE, SER

Mudit Bhatnagar – who is presently posted as Chief Project Director, SD, - in South Eastern Railway (SER) - has been Chief Track Engineer (CTE) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
