BHEL assigned to manufacture thermal electric equipments

The Government of India appears to have given up the idea of promoting power through solar energy as it fails to reach optimum demand. The Government of India has now decided to generate power through thermal projects by installing new thermal power plants or developing existing plants. Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has been assigned jobs in bulk to manufacture thermal electric equipment.
