Bhupal Nanda, Chief Controller (Pension), Central Pension Accounting Office, New Delhi, will look after the charge of Joint Controller General of Accounts, Office of Controller General of Accounts, New Delhi, in addition to his regular charge. He is a 1993 batch ICAS officer.
