Binay Bhushan has assumed the charge of the Secretary of Finance Commission for Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, Ladakh and Lakshadweep with effect from February 8, 2024. He is a 2009 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre.
