Binoy Kumar appointed Secretary after 18 months
Binoy Kumar , who was empanelled as Secretary equivalent in December 2016 and was the only 1983 batch IAS officer who was waiting for Secretary post, will join as Secretary in August 2018, after more than 18 months. He is scheduled to retire in May 2020.
