Binoy Kumar to succeed Aruna Sharma as Secretary Steel on Sept 1
Binoy Kumar, who was appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the Ministry of Steel, will succeed Mrs Aruna Sharma as Secretary, Steel on September 1, 2018 upon her superannuation on August 31, 2018. Binoy Kumar is a 1983 batch IAS officer of Telangana cadre.
