Bipin B Mallick allowed premature repatriation to parent cadre

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved premature repatriation with imposition of extended cooling off for Bipin B Mallick to his parent cadre. He is an IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre of 1986 batch.
