Bipin Kumar appointed SGM (P&S), CONCOR

Bipin Kumar, presently serving as Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer/Mechanical/Headquarters (Dy. CVO/Mech/HQ), Northern Railway (NR), has been selected for deputation to Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) as Senior General Manager (P&S) at Delhi for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
