Bishwadip Dey accredited as High Commissioner to Montserrat

Bishwadip Dey, presently High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, has been concurrently accredited as the next High Commissioner of India to Montserrat, with residence in Port of Spain. He is a 2001 batch IFS officer.
