A 1985 batch officer of Indian Postal Service, Pradipta Kumar Bisoi is expected to succeed Ananta Narayan Nanda as Secretary, Department of Posts & Chairperson, Postal Services Board in November this year. Present incumbent Nanda is retiring in October.
