BK Singh appointed PCPO, ECR
Bipin Kumar Singh, who is presently working as Principle Chief Personnel Officer (PCPO) in North Eastern Railway (NER), has been transferred to East Central Railway (ECR) on his own request and posted in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
