Board changes in Mahaalaxmi Texpro Ltd

Prathamesh Mukund Gaikwad has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Mahaalaxmi Texpro Limited with effect from August 14, 2026. Meanwhile, Deepak Chaganlal Choudhari and Mrs. Madhubala Deepak Choudhari have been re-appointed as Executive Director and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, respectively.
