Tushar Jhunjhunwala and Amitava Mazumder have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors of Acknit Industries Limited. Meanwhile, Rajarshi Ghosh has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective June 30, 2026.
