Board rejig in Antariksh Industries

Tushar Pramod Kudalkar has been appointed as Additional Director (Whole-Time) of Antariksh Industries Limited, while Umesh Arvindbhai Bhadreswara has been appointed as Additional Director (Executive). Meanwhile, Parimal Rajendrabhai Joshi, Pranab Mahendra Shah and Soumya Ranjan Kanhu Charan Pradhan have been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors.

Separately, Nilesh Hasmukhbhai Kothari has resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, while Hardikkumar Dhirubhai Jetani, Jigar Nemichand Jain and Harinarayan Ramanand Tripathi have stepped down as Independent Directors of the company.
