BoB MD & CEO P S Jayakumar personally meeting staff of merged banks

Bank of Baroda MD & CEO P S Jayakumar had  been personally interacting with the officers and employees of erstwhile Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank at various head offices and branches to listen to their grievances.There are speculations that Bank of Baroda which is continuing to be headed by P S Jayakumar as MD & CEO until September this year when his current term expires may get another extension of one year to complete the organisational transformation process with merger of Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank with Bank of Baroda.
