Budget indicates at appointment of 18 diplomats in proposed missions in Africa soon

Union Budget announcements indicate at appointment of diplomats in new Indian embassies and high commissions to be opened where India does not have diplomatic missions yet. A total of 18 new diplomatic missions in Africa have been planned in a phased manner.
