C’garh Govt rejigs portfolios of 17 IAS officers

The Chhattisgarh Government has made changes in the portfolios of 17 IAS officers. Accordingly, Dr Manindar Kaur Dwivedi , Resident Commissioner, Delhi has been handed over additional charge of Principal Secretary, Agriculture with Independent charge of Horticulture, Mandi Board and Milk Federation, Siddharth Komal Pardeshi, Secretary, Sports and Youth Welfare has been handed over additional charge of Secretary, Woman and Child Development, Avinash Champawat, Secretary, Water Resources Department had been handed over additional charge of Secretary, Tourism and Culture Department, A Kulbhushan Toppo, Commissioner, Surguja division had been handed over additional charge of Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Anil Kumar Tuteja, Joint Secretary, Mantralaya had been posted as Joint Secretary, Commerce , Industry and Public Enterprises , Emil Lakda Secretary, Social Welfare Department had been posted as Commissioner, Surguja division, Taman Singh Sonwani, Joint Secretary to Chief Minister had been handed over additional charge of Commissioner, Agriculture and Sugarcane, S Jayavardhan, CEO, Zila Panchayat Balodabazar_Bhatapara had been made CEO, Zila Panchayat, Korba, Prabhat Malik, CEO, Zila Panchayat Bastar had been made CEO, Raipur Development Authority, Mukesh Kumar,after his return from training had been posted as Special Secretary, Horticulture and Agriculture Department with additional charge of Special Secretary, Village Industries Department, Alex V F Paul Menon, Special Secretary, Mantralaya had been handed over additional charge of Special Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection and MD, Chhattisgarh State Warehousing Corporation, Bhim Singh, Director , Agriculture Department has been posted as MD, Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, Naresh Kumar Dugga, MD, Milk Federation had been handed over additional charge of MD, Chhattisgarh State Seed and Sgriculture Development Corporation and Anurag Pandey, Director, Industry had been handed over additional charge of  Mission Director, Swachha Bharat Mission (Rural), Janmejaya Mohabe, MD, Chhattisgarh State Seed and Agriculture Develeopment Corporation had been handed over additional charge of Commissioner and Director, Woman and Child Development Department, Ms Namrata Gandhi, CEO, Zila Panchayat, Surguja had been posted as Deputy Secretary, Mantralaya, Ajit Vasant,  CEO, Zila Panchayat,  Janjgir-Champa had been handed over additional charge of  MD, Chhattisgarh State Mineral Development Corporation, Indrajeet Singh Chandrawal, CEO, Zila Panchayat Korba had been made CEO, Zila Panchayat, Bastar and Kuldeep Sharma, Additional Collector, Surguja had been made CEO, Zila Panchayat, Surguja.
