Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved the implementation of Green Energy Corridor (GEC)-Phase-II Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) project to facilitate the evacuation of 13 GW of renewable power in Ladakh. The estimated amount for the same is Rs 207.74 billion and is scheduled to be completed by financial year 2029-30.
