CAPF Act to Create 33 ADG Posts
Implementation of the Central Armed Police Forces (General Administration) Act/Bill 2026 continues, with structured IPS deputation (50% at IG level, minimum 67% at ADG level, and full at DG/Special DG). This has led to creation of 33 ADG posts for IPS at the Centre.
